Early Morning Mush

This morning started early with a 5 am feeding to get the team ready to hit the trails by 7. The fog was thick, and the world felt calm around us. We were alone the entire run, which made for a peaceful morning out on the trail.

We ran 10 dogs today, and they worked great together as a team. Honey and Star were in lead today, and, as always, they did a great job. They kept a steady pace and worked well together, driving the team forward with ease.

On the way home, we came across a cow moose with two calves. Luckily, they moved off the trail as we approached, so we were able to pass without any issues

It was a good, solid training run, and all the dogs handled it well. Mornings like this are a great way to kick off the day with the team!
